If you do not have your username and/or password you will need to call IT Help (774) 357-3333 or contact the IT by email, or submitting a ticket.

If you need to change or reset your password you can do so on your phone:

  • Visit Bristol's website
  • Next click on MyBristol at the top of the page or under Menu
  • Under the Sign in box, click Forgot password and rest your password
